Senior Cybersecurity Consultant — CMMC/FedRAMP
Lead CMMC Level 2/3 assessments and FedRAMP authorization engagements for federal agency and defense contractor clients. Develop SSPs, POA&Ms, and security architecture documentation.
Requirements
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification
- 5+ years federal cybersecurity consulting experience
- Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-171, 800-53, and CMMC framework
- Experience with FedRAMP authorization packages
- Active or ability to obtain Secret clearance
Penetration Tester (Mid–Senior)
Conduct network, web application, and social engineering penetration tests for federal and commercial clients. Produce DoD-standard reporting and present findings to technical and executive audiences.
Requirements
- OSCP, CEH, or GPEN certification
- 3+ years hands-on penetration testing experience
- Proficiency with Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and custom tooling
- Experience writing executive and technical reports
- Federal client experience a plus
SOC Analyst — Tier 2/3
Monitor, triage, and respond to security events across federal client environments. Perform threat hunting, incident response, and forensic analysis. Tune SIEM/SOAR platforms and develop detection content.
Requirements
- CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or GCIA/GCIH
- 3+ years SOC or incident response experience
- Hands-on SIEM experience (Splunk, Sentinel, or QRadar)
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework
vCISO / Security Advisor (Part-Time / Contract)
Serve as fractional CISO for small business and SMB clients. Develop security programs, lead risk assessments, present to boards, and guide compliance initiatives under NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
Requirements
- CISSP or CISM required
- 10+ years information security leadership experience
- Experience advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior vCISO or consulting experience preferred
